Newborn Beckett {Sun Prairie Portrait Photographer}

Have I said lately how much I love newborns? Well I do! Not only are they fun to shoot (and exhausting, but so so fun), they are fun to edit! Here's my newest newborn that I shot on Sunday. He was not a fan of being naked, and had a hard time falling asleep at first, but after awhile, I finally wore him out! His older brother was my very first newborn. You can see those pictures here and here, but please, don't judge, I was just starting out, haha.

And another newborn! How adorable is he? I got to do a session with him when he was exactly a week old. He was a bit of a challenge though. He'd be in a dead sleep, but if I put him on his tummy, he'd grumble and make faces (not really cry or wake up). I got one shot of him in his tummy and the rest we had to do on his side and back. No big deal though, he was still so adorable and gave some smiles in those positions! AND I got to try out my brand new sling on him.

I have gotten a lot of newborns sessions lately and I'm LOVING it. I think, if I could, I'd love to only do newborns! Maybe someday. They are a lot of work (with some photo sessions lasting 4 hours!), but so rewarding. I love that I get to capture these days of "newness" for parents! Here is little Ella. She was welcomed by big brother Rylan and for sure is a princess (you should see her room!)

Meet Newborn Brinley {Sun Prairie Portrait Photographer}

Well this sneak peek is rather large. I just couldn't help myself. We got so many great images of Brinley in only 2 1/2 hours! And that was including set up, clean up, and changing the "set" throughout the session. Once she fell asleep, she was OUT. She only woke up one time for a feeding and I thought she'd never go back to her deep sleep like she was in, but I was wrong. It took like 2 minutes and she was dead to the world again. Newborn Madison Sneak Peek {Sun Prairie Portrait Photographer}

I love that I am getting so many newborns to photograph. Look at this cutie and her full head of gorgeous, dark hair! The start of the session she was very social and would not fall asleep. However, after an hour we finally got her down and she DID NOT WANT TO WAKE UP!!!! I was excited and we got all of her shots in one hour! Way to be a sleeper Madison! Congrats "R" family on your lil girl and enjoy your sneak peek.

Man, I love my job! Who else gets to hang around adorable newborns and kids all the time? This lil guy is just the cutest thing ever! And he was such a dream. Look at those chubby cheeks already! As I'm ready to post another client's session sneak peek, I realize that I didn't post the rest of the pictures from the twins! This is no longer a sneak peek, but I still thought I'd share. They were so so so adorable and I hope to photograph them again in the future!
